Once Upon A Tiger
The extinct Tasmanian tiger, also known as the Tasmanian wolf, is actually not a tiger, nor is even related to tigers or any cats. Yet, it isn't a wolf either. Instead, it is a marsupial: like the kangaroo or koala, the Tasmanian Tiger carries its young in a pouch. That's why it's also called the Thylacine. It once lived across mainland Australia and New Guinea, but its range was limited to the island of Tasmania by the time of British occupation.
I wouldn't have heard about this creature at all if my son hasn't brought home this transformer figure: Tasmania Kid. Out of curiousity, I googled this character to learn more about it. My daughter also mentioned that she has learend about Tasmanian tiger at school. That's really my first time ever heard about Tasmanian tiger.
Several weeks later, I wanted to buy a small backpack for essential hiking and travel use, then I came across this tactical 9 liter daypack with MOLLE System that I really liked. It's made of Cordura 700D.
As a side purchase, I bought this plush toy for my son. He loved it a lot and cuddles with it at sleep time.
